Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
Under our Check Automation Program (CAP) we are proud to offer multiple back office solutions that will help expedite funds availability from your business and personal check and money order deposits. Using an internet-accessible computer and a check imager, you can make deposits to multiple banks accounts; eliminating the paper process and speeding the clearing so most funds are available within 24 - 48 hours.
Our RDC solutions reduce the need to race to the bank to make check deposits before early bank cut-offs. You have until 8:00 p.m. EST to complete your deposit. CAR/LAR technology fills in the dollar amount, reducing key strokes and data entry errors. Poor image quality, incorrect account information or duplicate/already-scanned checks trigger automatic alerts.
Images are stored and retained on-line, and you are able to add data to the scanned checks, which means you can reduce your back office process, saving time and money. Create file imports into Accounts Receivable software--we even offer Applied Payments (A/R interfaces) if you use QuickBooks or Sage Peachtree. Various on-line reports are available to show your deposit activity. Our return check process allows you to control the re-submission timing, increasing your ability to collect the item.
